Great Mixtape. Amazing use of
Shakur's vocals. The beats in Rap Phenomenon 2 are a little outdated for the year 2008, granted, at the time this tape surfaced most of the beats were brand new. All things considered the mixtape is put together better than most. 2 Pac never gets old even though the beats do.
